Usage of keyword search page
key types
- YK clone
- Name of cDNA clone.
- cosmid
- Cosmid clone name.
- gene name
- Gene or locus name.
- CELK group
- Identifier of CELK cluster. The clusters are made by grouping 3' ESTs
of cDNA clones based on their sequence similarities.
- homologous protein
-
If a word or words are typed in the field, cDNA clones whose homologs contain
the specified words are retrieved. Homologs of cDNA clones are got by use
of BLASTX and NR-DB of NCBI.
- motif or domain
-
If a word or words are typed in the field, cDNA clones whose domains contain
the specified words are retrieved. Domains of cDNA clones are got by use
of HMMmer and Pfam of Washington Univ.
- InterPro/GO ID
-
If a word or words are typed in the field, cDNA clones whose domains or GO maps
contain the specified words are retrieved. Domain and GO information are got
from InterPro database.
- chromosome
-
Select a target chromosome (LG1,2,3,4,5,X) or "all".
- clone size
-
Range of clone size. The size of each clone was estimated by agarose-gel
electrophoresis.
- images
-
If "in-situ" box is checked, only cDNA clones having in-situ hybridization
images are retrieved.
